Farpoint Development saw opportunity in a 1960’s office building at heart of Rosemont and engaged the CGS team to design a west-loop-style refresh in a building that bridges the gap between city and suburbs. The team designed a new lobby, café, outdoor terrace, fitness center with golf simulator and conference center. CGS created six unique spaces while embracing the building’s original character.
