Following the trend toward smaller spec suites (below 5,000 square feet), Tishman Speyer asked CGS to develop a new model for the 19th floor of 222 North LaSalle that maximizes the tenant suites while providing centrally-located shared amenities for the floor, beyond the larger scaled amenities shared by all tenants of the building. This efficient approach means that individual tenant spaces can be used for functions that support tenants’ work (like offices, workstations, and collaboration areas), while functions like a large hospitality-inspired café with seating for 25, an AV-enabled conference room for 16, a Wellness Room, and IT spaces can be shared among all tenants of the floor. The tenant suites, ranging in size from 1,600 to 4,300 square feet, offer variations on the themes set forth in the shared spaces, but each one is unique in its layout and experience.
